About Us

My real name is Darryl Johnson and I’m from the great state of Oklahoma. I feel I was always destine to have a hot rod. My pops had me at the track before I could even remember. As I stated before, I’m a car enthusiast and love all makes and models “But” if it isn’t already obvious I bleed, eat and dream Mopar. I know, but it is what it is and my pops wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m second generation racer and I was the little guy following my dad around in his 70 Dodge Dart Swinger getting in the way mostly but learning as much as I can. The Duster was actually a hand-me-down type ride that sat in the barn for about 15 years before I could afford to do anything with it. I simply asked my pops if I could have the car and he easily said yes. Who doesn’t want their son to follow in theirfootsteps? I actually have two sons that will be the third generation of Mopar Racers in our family. Like anyone, I love a good track and love to converse with other racers. I consider myself an easy going guy and if you see me around please holler at me and let’s talk cars…
